We secretly join either the Girls or the Ghouls and spend three rounds moving around the cul-de-sac to play Treats face-up and Tricks face-down on houses, trying to flip houses for our own team to score points. Hidden roles and strategic card play create tension between what’s visible and what’s concealed, while area control over houses drives the scoring each the three rounds. Through the rounds, it becomes more and more obvious who is on whose side. An additional role of the reporter (who tries to achieve a tie between the teams) can add another layer of trickery.
